FAQs
What should I expect from my first session?
We will discuss your goals and what you would like to get out of your massage treatment, any injuries, illnesses or dysfunctions you'd like to address. A treatment plan will then be created collectively based off this information.
What should I expect after my massage treatment?
It is encouraged to drink plenty of water post massage. During massage toxins are released, therefore staying hydrated is important. You may feel tenderness on the focused areas. This is completely normal, it will not prevent you from doing any activities and will pass. Elly will follow up on your treatment to ensure your treatment plan is being adhered to.
How should I prepare for my first treatment?
Just bring your lovely self. If you'd prefer to bring your own towel that is absolutely fine, however everything is provided and up to a high standard of cleanliness. You are more than welcome to bring shorts if that would make you feel comfortable, otherwise proper massage draping will be performed.
